The department of R&D is trying to increase the permeability and high temperature durability between the glass fabric and epoxy with its physical and chemical property. The research directions are as follows,
1. Physical approach- To flat yarn strand by a special Kaisen method which could make silane and epoxy
     fully impregnate.
2. Chemical approach- To increase the ability of combination between epoxy and glass fabric by
     improving the silane type.
3. Customized Approach: To make production based on clients` request of spec.
     and types of silane.
In addition, Fulltech will enthusiastically and continually have a research on special or thin fabric type to make Fulltech fabrics extensively applied in high-level products and HDI production process and also enhance the benefit.
