Mar. 11 ,2024 Announcement of the Board of Fulltech Fiber Glass Corp. has decided to convene the 2024 regular shareholders' meeting and related information.

（1）General shareholders' meeting date:2024/06/18.
（2）The Company’s book closure period is from 2024/04/20 to
2024/06/18; The Company’s 5th and 6th domestic unsecured convertible corporation bonds and bond conversion entitlement certificates will stop its conversion rights during 2024/04/20 to 2024/06/18.
（3）Shareholders’ meeting will be held 9：30 am （Registration time for attendees starts from 9：00 am） by physical shareholders meeting. General shareholders' meeting location: 3F, No. 7, Dou-Kong 10th Rd., Dou-Liu City, Yun-Lin County.
